Brian Pyne Tiles Ltd. does not provide a fitting service and cannot accept responsibility for measurements. Please confirm measurements with your tiler before ordering any tiles.

Shade Variations, Texture Variation & Lighting Differences

 

Shade variation is inherent in all tiles. It can result in differences in colour and texture between the displayed sample and the materials received. The lighting in the area you are placing the tile may also affect the colour of the tile. As a result, Brian Pyne Tiles Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for variations in colour.

Due to the above, we ask that you check that the tile you receive is to your satisfaction before installation. If you wish to return tiles, they must be in a resalable condition.

 

 

Returns

 

Goods returned without an original invoice will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Items must be in their original boxes and in a resalable condition.

We only accept returns accompanied with proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase.

A 100% non-refundable deposit is required on all tile special orders.

We cannot exchange plain tiles for décor tiles after tiles have been delivered. Please make sure your planned design works.

 

Delivery

Please check all items upon collection or delivery to ensure you have received the correct items before opening boxes, goods need to be in a resalable condition if the return is necessary.

Please take time to check your delivery. Discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48hours with a photograph for us to arrange replacements.

 

 

Additional Notes

Tile samples require a minimum €5 charge which is refundable against your order or by returning the sample to the store.

 

Brian Pyne Tiles Ltd. does not offer a fitting service. We can provide you with a list of recommended tradespeople. However, we cannot be held liable for their work as they are self-employed, please ensure you are satisfied with the chosen tradesperson before allowing them to begin any work in your home.
